WHEN DO YOU NEED A BUILDING ENGINEERING COMPONENTS AND STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT?
Each client has their own comfort level when it comes to the purchase or refinancing of a building or other improvement and thus there is no simple prescription for when this study should be performed. Some variables to consider include: age of the building, use of the building, past problems with the building, earthquake susceptibility and building materials.

The report is well organized and easy to read. It comes with color photographs that will bring your project to life and illustrate the property conditions in vivid detail. Specific attention is given to any concerns found. Depending on your needs, the work will be performed by certified and licensed; structural, mechanical, electrical or civil engineer.
