Based Paint:
We will use X-Ray Florescence (XRF) or Flame Atomic Absorption spectrometry (FAA) to analyze your paints (also referred to in the industry as coatings) for lead. We will sample the suspect paints in your building, assess their conditions, quantify them and test them for waste stream designation using TCLP tests. We will provide you with recommendations for handling the materials and provide you with a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for any recommended repairs or removals.

In Drinking Water:
All Phase Environmental will come to your building and take samples of the drinking water. Our NVLAP and state accredited laboratory will provide us with results and we will prepare a report for you with a summary of the condition of your water. We will also provide you with recommendations and a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for any recommended repairs or removals.

In Soil:
Damaged or deteriorating LBP on the exterior of your building has the potential to contaminate the surrounding soil. All Phase Environmental will come to your building and take samples of potentially contaminated soil. Our NVLAP accredited laboratory will provide us with results and we will prepare a report for you with a summary of the condition of your soil. We will also provide you with recommendations and a rough order of magnitude cost estimate for any recommendations.

You Should Have A Design:
If you plan to renovate or demolish your building and LBP is present, then a plan for controlling the lead must be developed. Our lead abatement design services will identify and define the materials needing special handling and disposal and how to manage them during construction. These documents will limit your liability and allow you to competitively bid the work among several contractors. You will then obtain the best price and eliminate construction period change orders at the same time.

Our Training:
All Phase Environmental offers (2) hour lead awareness training that will be taught by experienced and dynamic individuals. Our training will focuses on your specific building and also cover safe work practices. The curriculum has been developed to reduce anxiety that may occur from having LBP in your building.

Radon Testing:
All Phase Environmental will sample your building, provide you with the analytical results, interpret the results and if necessary, make recommendations for decreasing the radon levels.
